Bernard Landry and Gary Hart at a luncheon organized to launch an aviation-law department 7 days before the 9/11 (Boeing) “attacks” predicted by Hart at that luncheon

AVANT-PROPOS / FOREWORD
On January 31, 2001, former Senators Warren Rudman and Gary Hart and their Committee on National Security issued a final report warning that “Americans are likely to die on American soil, perhaps in large numbers” as a result of terrorist attacks. The commission recommended that the government establish a National Homeland Security Agency to address the threat. The report was released more than seven months before 9/11.
On September 4, 2001, former Senator Gary Hart reiterated his committee’s warning that “Americans are likely to die on American soil, perhaps in large numbers,” as a result of a terrorist attack. Hart made this “prediction” in Montreal, Canada, seven days before September 11, during a luncheon with “separatist” Premier of Quebec, Bernard Landry, organized to launch the new branch of Coudert Brothers specializing in aviation law.

However, this time Hart was seated next to Quebec Premier Landry, whose “separatist” Parti Québécois had been trying for decades to merge the continent, using fraudulent referendums on “Quebec sovereignty” as a pretext. In 1978, two years after coming to power under false pretenses, the Parti Québécois published a white paper entitled: “L’Option Europe : Analyse de la plausibilite d’une association Quebec / Canada / Europe ”.
Landry also happened to have a “cultural trade show” in New York City on 9/11. In 2003, Landry and his Vice-premier, Pauline Marois, will be front and center as guest speakers at a Conference organized by the North American Forum on Integration (NAFI), entitled: “Beyond Free Trade: Federalism“, as in North American federalism, North American Union. The NAFI’s mother company, AXAMERICA, was incorporated in Quebec 34 days after 9/11.
So, it’s interesting to see these two key figures involved in the forced merger of North America (on the pretext of 9/11), meet for lunch a few days before the big fireworks.

In 1967, Power Corporation of Canada (which has been distributing the RIIA’s Rhodes Scholarships for Canada for years) created the Parti Québécois in collusion with the Canadian federal government led by Prime Minister Lester Pearson. They ordered René Lévesque to set it up. Over the decades, Rhodes Scholars have been pivotal in critical (and illegal) changes made to Canada’s constitution, including the fraudulent “patriation” of 1982 which in fact was a Southern-Rhodesian style coup d’état, as admitted by its chief architect in a pair of “law” lectures.
Clearly, the PQ’s goal of a Canadian Union, on the model of the EU, is to be merged with the new North American Union also co-sponsored by the Parti Québécois and the federal government of Canada. Most Americans are still unaware of this plan, which necessarily involves the dissolution of Congress and the White House.
The Quebec referendums aimed at triggering this radical dismantling and merger between Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Europe failed in 1980, and again in 1995, despite significant manipulation, certainly in the second case.
Prime Minister Landry’s government had also sent countless trucks loaded with equipment to New York in the days and weeks leading up to September 11, officially for a cultural trade fair. And on September 11, Landry had contacts on the ground in New York, with open phone lines to Quebec and Canada in general, as the demolition of the Towers and Building 7 progressed. September 11 then served as a pretext to place the continent under close surveillance in the name of Hart-Rudman’s new “Homeland Security” department, in order to further strengthen the ties between the various parts of the long-planned North American Union.

Former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Gary Hart urges lawyers and business people to think of their communities, their nations and their children, not just as professionals, but as citizens of democracy facing a changing and turbulent new world. |
|
On September 4, Mr. Hart was invited to give a lecture in Montreal on the theme of “If you think the 20th century was interesting, wait until you see the 21st century”. A week to the day before the tragic events in the United States, his words come as a surprise. |
LES ÉTATS‐UNIS CIBLÉS |
THE UNITED STATES TARGETED |
|
The former senator announced that within 25 years, the United States will be the target of an unprecedented massive nuclear, chemical or biological attack, resulting in thousands of deaths on its territory. This was the conclusion of experts from more than twenty countries consulted by a government commission, which he co-chaired, on U.S. security. “The conclusion was that, for the first time since 1812, Americans will lose their lives in large numbers on U.S. soil at the hands of terrorists using weapons of mass destruction.” |
|
Such a scenario will force the government to take extraordinary and unprecedented measures to ensure the nation’s security. In this context, he asserted, the 21st century will not be a continuation of the 20th century. “It will be unlike anything we have seen before (…) it will be a revolutionary break with the recent past (…) We will be spied on, our privacy will disappear; it will have an immense impact on our society.” |
|
“Put your professional hat aside and think differently! Lawyers have a public responsibility: will we be 9-to-5 lawyers or 24-hour lawyers?” he warned lawyers in an interview with Le Journal du Barreau after his speech. |
|
In his view, terrorism illustrates what the wars of the future will be like. No longer armed conflicts between the military forces of nations, but acts of terrorism against ordinary citizens, organized by groups linked by beliefs and religions. In this context, Gary Hart believes that lawyers must regain their role as leaders in society, not only in their professional lives, but also in their lives as citizens. |
|
“Their role will be very important in each of these two lives. They will help other citizens understand the legal framework and the impact of this new threat on their civil liberties. Lawyers of all disciplines are going to become very important.” So, he insisted: “Be better lawyers, be better democratic citizens. Think about the law all the time.” |
DES COMMENTARIES PROPHÉTIQUES…… |
PROPHETIC COMMENTS… |
|
The conference, which marked the launch of the consolidation of Coudert Frères’ air law practice worldwide, was attended by Premier Bernard Landry, the second guest speaker. Responding to the former senator’s remarks on terrorism, the Premier said he hoped that together, nations would develop a climate of “peace, friendship and harmony” and, he added, “perhaps not so many Americans will die from the perils of the years to come.” |
|
Or ces commentaires étaient prophétiques. » |
The audience, some 100 lawyers and business people from the aviation industry, were surprised by Mr. Hart’s comments, finding them rather frightening. “Some people thought he was exaggerating,” recounts Me Michel P. Coderre, a partner at Coudert Frères in Montreal, reached a few days after the events in the United States. “They thought his comments were a bit strong, but they were prophetic. But these comments were prophetic.” |
|
According to Mr. Coderre, these events foreshadow a world of violence that will create a highly litigious climate. Lawyers are going to have to play their part in solving society’s problems,” says Mr. Coderre. |
L’ESCALADE DU TERRORISME |
THE ESCALATING TERRORISM |
|
In addition to the events of September 11 in the United States, Americans have been particularly targeted by terrorists in recent years, both at home and abroad: the first attack on the World Trade Center in February 1993 (six dead, over 1,000 injured), the attack in Oklahoma City in April 1995 (168 dead, over 500 injured), the detonation of an explosive in Atlanta’s Centennial Park during the 1996 Olympic Games (one dead, over 1,000 injured) and, the same year, the attack on an American military installation in Dahran, Saudi Arabia (19 dead, over 300 wounded), the August 1998 attacks on the American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania (301 dead, including 12 Americans) and the October 2000 attack on the U. S.S. Cole in the port of Aden, Yemen (17 dead). (L. V.) |
