The Parti Québécois isn’t doing Quebec Independence; it’s doing the North American Union: Pierre-Marc Johnson & friends wrote the plan

"Building A North American Community"
“Building A North American Community, Report of an Independent Task Force. Sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations with the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales
Pierre Marc Johnson, a North American Union Task Force Member
Sponsored by the Rockefellers’ Marxist Council on Foreign Relations, the Task Force Members include:  Pierre Marc Johnson, leader of the Communist Parti Québécois in 1985. In 1976, Johnson was a member of René Lévesque’s P.Q. Cabinet; he successfully ran as the Parti Québécois candidate for the district of Anjou; appointed to the Cabinet again in 1977; Johnson was re-elected in 1981.

Below, another Task Force member, Thomas P. D’Aquino, at that time the “permanent” president of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, says “this federal-provincial structure that we have can’t stand in the way of progress.”  By “federal-provincial structure”, he means the Constitution of Canada.  Confederation is inconvenient to big business.  Logically, then, Canada must be dismantled.  That’s what the “separatist” (communist) political parties are for, like Pierre Marc Johnson’s Parti Québécois.  The “secession” of Quebec is being used to dismantle Canada to complete the North American Union.  But, obviously, the USA must go, too.

An early demand to restructure Canada came from Communist René Lévesque in 1964.  A secret committee of federal ministers from Quebec in the government of Lester Bowles Pearson (a Soviet agent exposed by Elizabeth Bentley in the U.S. McCarran hearings), in 1967 ordered Lévesque to organize and lead the Parti Québécois to run the referendums to dismantle Canada.  In this vintage film clip, Lévesque puts on a show, explaining that all of Canada must be fundamentally restructured to prevent Quebec from “seceding”.  The threat of Quebec “secession” is blackmail to force Canada to replace Confederation with the European system that Gorbachev once called the “New European Soviet”.  Exclusive English sub-titles.
